Collaboration with the Greek associated partner “Leonteios Primary school” – June 2023

The UniWA research team collaborated with the “Leonteios Primary School” teachers in Athens to design an Artful ER project blending Arts (animation) and Robotics based on the FERTILE Design Methodology. The pilot project, “The Art of Anticipation”, triggered students to engage in storytelling activities centred around a robot character. Also, they enhanced the robot’s movements with anticipation as a critical element. 

Afterwards, the teachers enacted the design with students, promoting a deeper understanding of animation principles.
