The FERTILE project partners had their 3rd Transnational Project Meeting at the Universidad de Valladolid (UVa) in Valladolid, Spain, on the 6th and 7th of February, 2023.
The meeting agenda included:
Discussing the progress of Result 2: “the FERTILE Community Platform”, regarding Task 2.1: “Design requirements/specifications” and its relevant milestone.
Overviewing the progress of Result 1: “the FERTILE Design Methodology” regarding Task 1.3: “Development of the FERTILE design methodology”. The partners reflected on their experience from designing/implementing Artful ER projects based on a tentative version of the FERTILE Design Methodology. Assignments and goals were set.
Discussing the design specifications of the FERTILE Design Methodology and the way they might be reflected on the Community Platform.
Reviewing the work associated with Result 3: “FERTILE training material”. The partners distributed between them the training materials that should be developed.
During this face-to-face meeting, the partners’ representatives had an excellent opportunity to share ideas and have fruitful discussions on the project agenda. Their face-to-face interaction promoted their commitment to project work.
Moreover, apart from those attending the meeting in Valladolid, the meeting was available for remote participation to other project participants who couldn’t be present in Valladolid due to financial and/or personal-related issues.
